The Air We Breathe - The air around us
We are told by scientists that over 50,000 years ago the air had at least 40% oxygen. As we continue to destroy our oxygen producing rainforest's and burn fossil fuel, the oxygen in the air will continue to decrease. The air in many of the world’s cities already measures as low as 18% oxygen – 7% is needed to sustain life!

“Did you know there’s a simple and effective way to turn your current Intraceuticals Cleansing Gel into a deep cleaning mask?
Simply take your favourite Intraceuticals Cleasing Gel and pump 3 beads into a bowl with a few drops of water. Using a face brush ‘whisk’ the mixture until it foams, then paint onto your face (being careful to avoid the eye area). Leave for 10 mins and wash off. Perfect for congestion, compact dry skin, or just to feel nice and squeaky clean. For sensitive skin, rinse after 5 minutes.
